Description: The study aims to confirm if banana peel truly has an antimicrobial activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria this would be beneficial as an alternative treatment to minor and manageable disease with the use of readily available supplies and ingredients which are commonly used. The purpose of our research to confirm the antimicrobial activity of aqueous extract of Banana peel against various Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria by agar well diffusion method in that we found the extract show great antibacterial activity of aqueous extract of banana peel against Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus
