A special session on the “Philosophy of Iqbal” was organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences at Jinnah University for Women.
The guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Bashir Ahmed, Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, Al-Kawthar University, Karachi, highlighted Allama Iqbal’s message of unity, self-confidence, knowledge, hard work, and moral excellence. He emphasized that youth are the architects of the future and should recognize their potential, develop an independent identity, and become agents of positive change in society.
Prof. Dr. Sohail Mahmood, Head of the Department of Urdu, presented a summary of Allama Iqbal’s poem “Awaz-e-Ghaib.” The session was hosted by Ms. Maheen, Lecturer, Department of English, and was attended by a large number of faculty members and students.
