Jinnah University for Women conducted a training session for mentors and mentees under the Mentoring Program for Universities (MPU), an initiative of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan implemented through the National Academy of Higher Education.
The session focused on strengthening mentoring practices, enhancing communication, and supporting the professional growth of emerging academic leaders.
