Jinnah University for Women, through the Mentoring Program for Universities (MPU), successfully organized another enriching session under the collaborative initiative of HEC and NAHE on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Centered around the theme “Ethical Leadership and Professional Integrity,” the session highlighted the value of honesty, accountability, and principled leadership in today’s professional world.
The interactive session provided mentors and mentees with an opportunity to reflect on the role of ethics in leadership and career growth. Esteemed facilitators Dr. Sherbaz Khan from the Department of Business Administration and Dr. Fatima from the Department of Physical Therapy shared insightful perspectives, practical experiences, and thoughtful guidance that encouraged participants to lead with integrity and confidence.
Through engaging discussions and meaningful interaction, the session reinforced JUW’s commitment to cultivating responsible, ethical, and visionary individuals prepared to make a positive impact in society.
